HOW DOES HYPNOTHERAPY WORK?

Hypnotherapy taps into your beliefs and imagination to tackle issues like anxiety, stress, phobias through guided relaxation using your own mind, focus of attention and hightened state of awareness, similar to being in a deep daydream.  I will use suggestions to change your mindset, there is no trickery involved, this is your journey.

Myths

You are in control the whole time, you are aware of what is happening and where you are.  It is not stage hypnotherapy,

you cannot be made to do anything that you do not want to do.  Hypnotherapy works with you.

It is like being in a pleasant dreamlike state, which you experience yourself every day, for example when driving or watching TV.

This is not magic, you have to want to change and believe you can.

Hypno-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT approach helps identify negative thought patterns and equips you with coping strategies.

Oncology Support Hypnotherapy

Oncology Support Hypnotherapy alleviates anxiety and enhances well-being during cancer treatment.

Stress, Anxiety & Self

Effective techniques for managing stress and anxiety, promoting emotional balance and self esteem.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get hypnotized

"I will just ask you to close your eyes" using simple instructions. It's a very natural process, "you will still be aware of whats going on around you" just focus your attention on my voice. You can open your eyes at any point during the session.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions needed varies depending on individual goals and challenges. Many clients start feeling results within a few sessions, but a tailored approach will be discussed.

Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, hypnotherapy is considered safe for most individuals. It is a non-invasive technique, and I prioritise your comfort and well-being throughout the process.

"I enjoyed the hypnotherapy especially the calming
techniques I found this to be very insightful."
