questions about my situation and put together what she thought would be beneficial for
me. A good assessment made which helped reach my goal end goal.
Danielle come across confident in her approach which made me feel comfortable and at

problems with her. Danielle was very clear when going through the confidentiality and
client contract which set some boundaries for the sessions and expectations. Danielle
answered all my questions in a professional manner. I particularly like the philosophy
around hypnotherapy as I have never had this therapy before. The lemon visualisation was
a good introduction and so clever. I also liked how Danielle tailored our sessions to subjects
that I could relate to i.e gardening and being outside in the fresh air. Danielle created a
relaxing environment, paying attention to room temperature and relaxing background
music and spoke in a tone and speed which I found to be very effective in the hypnotherapy
process. Danielle has given me the coping mechanisms needed backup up with recordings
for my use when needed.
I found all the sessions to be beneficial to me and my over thinking and anxiety, I trusted
Danielle and valued her opinion. I enjoyed the hypnotherapy especially the calming
techniques I found this to be very insightful. I will continue to practice these calming
techniques.; I found the whole process to be very beneficial and I feel my self esteem and
anxiety are better which has had a positive effect on my day to day"
